Terms of reference

Each party which can show the requested qualification and delivers a reasonable proposal will be considered. Delivery of work will be on subcontractor basis, similar to the subcontracts known from EU RTD projects. InterShip encourages building of consortiums to deliver a proposal. Please note that each consortium member needs to file an evaluation form prior to submittal of a proposal.

Request for proposal procedure

This is a two step procedure:

1. to download the RFP documents you need to register, in return you’ll receive an user name and password enabling you to access the RFP download area.
2. to submit your proposal you need to fill out your company evaluation form, you can either do it online or send it by courier. In return you get a submittal code which you need to mention when you submit your proposal. Proposals without submittal code will not be evaluated.
